Every now and again we have a pop Pilates class in our studio.
Last years class was during the Christmas season✨
We all brought Santa hats and other Christmas coloured things to wear.
Maiko changed all the music to Christmas music! We had a great fun!
This years first Pop Pilates class was on the 11th of Jan. we had a great time!
Next Pop Pilates is on the 24th of Jan.

昨年と今年
当スタジオでは毎月1回〜2回程ポップピィラティスを行っております。
昨年最後のクラスはクリスマス時期でしたので参加してくれた方はクリスマスカラーを着て来たり、サンタハットをかぶったりしました🎅
インストラクターMaikoさんもこの日の音楽は全てクリスマス仕様にしてくれて、とても楽しかったです✨🎄✨
そして今年の年初め初のクラスは
１月11日でした❣️
