Stretching and body conditioning

We will help you understand your current movements and teach you how to release muscle tension yourself.

This program increases range of motion and helps prevent injury.

 

We will tell you how to do it at home.

Our concept is that if you do this as a daily routine, We are confident that your body will  feel different, so please give it a try!

 

 

​Stretch

Please use a yoga mat (also available in the studio) and wear comfortable pants.

We will do it. We will teach you slow, comfortable stretches that will eliminate the image of stretching as being painful.

​Body Conditioning

This is  done on a yoga mat.

We will help you improve your sense of balance and provide you with exercises that are not too strenuous. 

Dance requires us to move muscles in unison. This conditioning helps prevent injuries and improves your body control. Please give it a try.
