When I was in junior high school, I saw a ballroom dance program on TV.
Q, Please tell us why you chose this studio.
The fact that it was close to my home and I was looking for a school that I could my child to with me, and when I visited, you were happy to welcome my child. There is also stretch body conditioning!
Q: What was the good thing about starting ballroom dancing at our studio?
Q: Has your life or body changed since you started ballroom dancing?

My body's flexability has been improved, and it is a wonderfiul feeling to dance to dance music!
My posture, stiff shoulders and lower back pain have all significantly improved
since I started taking stretch and body conditioning classes. I have become more aware of my abdominal muscles and inner muscles, making it easier to walk.
Of course it is a ballroom dance school, but it's also a studio with an atmosphere that even beginners can find nonintimidating.
In addition to dancing, there are also stretching classes, so even people with a lack in physical activity can easily get started.

Q: What made you start ballroom dancing?
Although the teacher is very sociable and gentil teacher, he teaches very enthusiastically and always gives lessons with a good sense of tension.

While continuing to work as an office worker, I wanted to have some hobbies after turning 50 years old, that did not interfere with my work. I started taking lessons at a dance school in Yokohama.

This is because I was attracted to Mr. Matthew Day's high technical skills (technique), his warm and sincere personality, and his humanity.
Q: What was the good thing about starting ballroom dancing at our studio?
After learning drama, I thought "dance is drama". I am continuing to take lessons with Matthew as I feel he teaches and makes demonstration routines that reflect my feeling about dancing.
Q: Has your life or body changed since you started ballroom dancing?
I started classical ballet to train my body.
I started Ballroom dancing to train my technique and dramatic feelings.
Q: Please give a message to those who are about to start ballroom dancing.
I think there are various reasons, but I think the most important thing is to "continue". Never give up.

Dance is a "drama created by two people". There is no end. For that reason, I would like to continue to improve my technique. If you keep improving your mind, you will never get old.

I saw a program called "social dance" at my local sports club and I was interested in participating in that class.
Q: Why did you choose this studio?
The teachers is very good. Sincere, gentle and cheerful, also they are very time accurate.
The atmosphere of the classroom is also English and very calm.

The teacher's knowledge of dance is very good!
The teaching method is also very easy to understand and follow!
Q: Has your life or body changed since you started ballroom dancing?
After all, dancing naturally moves your body, so you can exercise without difficulty, I think that it is useful for health and beauty.

It's a lot of fun and a great way to exercise. Dancing also helps keep your mind sharp!
