Hello everyone!

Just as we thought the rainy season had begun, it’s suddenly turned into intense heat—how are you all doing?

This year’s JCF All Japan Dance Championships will be held in Hikone,

so the whole M&M British Ballroom Dance team will be heading to Shiga Prefecture!

Today, I’d like to introduce you to how dancers do their hair 😊

As you probably know, we use gel and spray to set it rock-solid so it won’t be ruined by sweat between rounds.

Some dancers can do their own hair, while others have professionals do it.

I often ask a professional.

It’s more reassuring since they can check the silhouette and shine from all angles!

One of the fun things is thinking, “What kind of hairstyle should I go with this weekend?”
