The leaves🌿 are turning colors, signaling the arrival of autumn!

With the often unstable temperatures, it's easy to get sick, but I hope you're all doing well.


It's said that moderate exercise can help you recover from fatigue when you feel tired.

Of course, active rest (exercise within your limits) can also boost your energy.


Let's do some dance exercises within our limits!


šŸ’ƒLatin:

Turn on some Latin music in your room and move along as you like.

Clap louder along with the music.


šŸ’ƒBallroom:

Lightly step in a waltz box step.

Make a frame, lift your stomach, and maintain a slightly firmer posture.


There are plenty of light dance exercises like these!

There are ways to improve your dancing outside of dance lessons.


As the weather gets colder, let's stay healthy every dayšŸ’•
